SCI Companies is pleased to announce an exciting worksite employee benefit program with eflexgroup.com effective January 1, 2009. This program differentiates us in the PEO marketplace as your worksite employees can elect to join in the SCI Companies’ Section 125 & 132 FSA/DCAP/Transportation Plans regardless if your employees participate in SCI’s other benefit programs.
Sections 125 and 132 allows employees to shelter pre-tax dollars to cover the cost of out-of-pocket medical expenses, such as doctor co-pays, OTC drugs, laser eye surgery, dental care, dependent child/elder care as well as mass transit expenses. By participating in the plan, members will have more take home pay which is extremely beneficial during these tough economic times.
